Hey there.
I’ve been scribing and ideating for over 18 years. I’m also quite likely the only French-Canadian-Texan you’ll ever meet. Those first two sentences don’t necessarily have that much to do with each other but, hey, facts and non sequiturs are fun.
Reputable publications including Yahoo! News will tell you I’m a “xennial.” Which puts me in a rare position to be an equal appreciator of how things used to be done (i.e. phonogram) and how things are done now (i.e. Instagram). And, yes, that sounds a bit like I’m feeding you a line, but I’ll be darned if it ain’t also the truth.
There are many things I love about this business. But gun to my head, I’d say what wins out is the utopian-level joy I experience when working with talented people who share a mutual love of making things. Also, why’d you put that gun to my head? Not cool.
Anyway, let me know if you want to make things.
Liquid Sunshine (internal agency for Keurig Dr Pepper)
Creative Director
July 2021 — Current
Responsible for creative direction across the deep, deep KDP portfolio (did I mention it’s deep?) including Dr Pepper, Snapple, The Original Donut Shop, Bai, and Core Hydration. From creative collaborations to online and social campaigns to in-store promotions and packaging, my (talented?) paws are on quite a bit. But, mostly, I’m surrounded by even more talented people.
Firehouse
Creative Director
June 2019 — July 2021
Oversaw and contributed to the creative efforts for all agency clients including Interstate Batteries, Lennox, and Baxter Auto Group. I also cold-called on LinkedIn to help us land Coinstar. See? I can land new business, too.
The Richards Group
Associate Creative Director
June 2017 — May 2019
Part of the digital team with a focus on Keurig Dr Pepper brands (including Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, and Snapple) as well as TireRack.com, Orkin, Sea Island, Choctaw Casinos, TXU Energy, and more.

Brand Creative
April 2008 – June 2017 (Minus a stint at The Marketing Arm)
Partnered with our Group Head to lead the team through ideation while acting as the sole writer for our clients. Additionally, I worked with groups across TRG proper as a go-to for creative support, which, ultimately, led to the above gig.
The Marketing Arm
Sr. Copywriter
May 2013 – September 2014
A lot of integrated promotional work for a bevy of Frito-Lay brands with an emphasis on digital.
Concussion Advertising
Copywriter
March 2007 – April 2008
A rogue Fort Worth shop. My stomping grounds for learning to form, foster, and execute complete campaigns.
Firehouse
Jr. Copywriter
May 2005 – October 2006
My first full-time gig. The voice of Lee Clow’s Beard muttered many things that have repeatedly proven themselves to be true.
DDB Dallas
Copy Intern
Summer 2004
Someone gave me a shot, and I never looked back.
